The BCAEM will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at 1700hrs at the Sheraton Wall Centre in Vancouver, BC in Junior Ballroom D.

This year the Board is pleased to provide its members with an Annual Report that includes the AGM agenda, minutes from the 2009 AGM and executive reports.  There are four (4) motions being brought forward at this year's meeting, including a change to the Associations Constitution.

Although hard copies of the Agenda and Motions will be provided at the meeting, members are encouraged to print off their own AGM report to bring to the meeting.  Copies of the AGM and Constitution can be downloaded below:

Members who are in good standing, but unable to attend this year's AGM will be able to cast their votes via proxy.  To vote by proxy simply fill out the following form and forward it to Lynn Orstad, Vice President prior to November 19th, 2010.  Lynn's fax and email information is included on the form, below.
